The Kartell team cooperates with a reliable logistics partner — the company "Nova Poshta" to ensure fast and convenient delivery throughout Ukraine.

Payment Methods:

• Payment upon receipt. You pay for the order upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch. Additionally, a fee for money transfer is paid — 2% of the order amount (Nova Poshta company fee).

• Prepayment to the account. In this case, you only pay for the delivery cost without additional fees.

Free Delivery:
For orders over 3,500 UAH, delivery to the Nova Poshta branch is free.

After shipping the order, you will receive the waybill number to track the parcel.

All shipments are made to Nova Poshta branches within the settlements served by the carrier.
