Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (as amended on 05.06.2014), the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase at any time before receiving the goods, as well as within 14 calendar days after receipt.

1.2. Return is possible only if the original appearance of the goods, their quality and consumer characteristics are preserved. The products must not show signs of use. If the goods have been used — they are not subject to return.

1.3. In the case of fulfilling an individual order (for example, manufacturing a case according to the client's wishes), return is not carried out if the product meets the agreed characteristics.

1.4. If defects are found in the received goods that were not announced by the seller in advance, the Buyer has the right to return the goods or exchange them for another that meets expectations.

1.5. Please note: the colors of the goods in the photos may slightly differ from the actual shade due to the features of color transmission on device screens. This should be taken into account when ordering.

2. Reasons for Refusal of Return or Exchange

2.1. The goods show signs of use or do not meet the conditions specified in clause 1.2.

2.2. The product has no defects but does not meet the Buyer's expectations — without objective reasons, according to clause 1.4.

2.3. The goods are made to an individual order and fully meet the agreed characteristics (clause 1.3).
